Bea’s House is located four blocks away from Plaza Ñuñoa, one of the most important and attractive plazas in the borough. The Plaza boasts a selection of restaurants, such as Las Lanzas and La Tecla, as well as a variety of cafés and bars.

Also nearby are the Universidad Católica Theater, Del Carmen Church and a number of art galleries. Avenida Irarrázaval is the main road running through the borough where you can find grocery stores, drug stores, clothes shops and banks, as well as transport links into the city centre.
